These terms apply when you use safesweepstl.com or request service from Safe Sweep (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or sending us a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Requests, estimates and scheduling

• Sending a form is a request for service. It is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm a date and time with you by phone, text or email.
• Estimates given online, by phone or by message are based on the information you give us. The final price may change after we inspect the chimney, fireplace or equipment on site. We will explain any change and get your approval before doing the work.
• The work itself is covered by the written estimate, invoice or service agreement we give you for that job.

Offers and prices

Offers and prices shown on this website apply within our service area, are subject to the conditions shown with the offer, and may change or end at any time. Unless stated otherwise, an offer is limited to one per household and cannot be combined with other offers.

How we contact you

When you send us a form, call us or text us, you agree that Safe Sweep may contact you by phone and email about your request, your appointment and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us on a call, replying to an email, or contacting us using the details below.

Subcontractors

Some services are performed together with licensed independent subcontractors, for example electricians, plumbers, gas fitters or masons. When a job needs one, you agree that we may share your contact details and job details with that subcontractor so they can contact you and complete the work. Text message (SMS) terms

• Program: Safe Sweep text messages. You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, or by texting us first.
• What we send: appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, replies to your questions, and occasional offers.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your service activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stop: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP, call (314) 614-3726 or email safesweepstl@gmail.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can book and receive service without it.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.
